We ship all orders from Sydney, Australia. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. There may be a slight delay during peak or holiday periods.
Note that orders that contain pre ordered items are pre-packed and shipped in full once ALL items are in stock.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.
Australia
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $120. Orders under $120 will incur a shipping fee of $10.95. Allow 2-5 business days. We offer an express shipping option at checkout for $15. Allow 1-3 business days.
International
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $200 AUD. Orders under $200 AUD will incur a shipping fee of $20 AUD. Allow 3-10 business days.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
